Eu estava meio perdida.Trish falou com o DJ a música e eu ouvi algo como “The Same Heart” da Bella Thorne e Zendaya.

Olhei para o telão esperando a música começar.Eu era o “singer 1” então eu começava a música.E a Trish era a “singer 2”.

E todos aplaudiram,e eu consegui ver até alguns amigos se abraçando.Incluindo Luke e Alex.Dallas olhava de soslaio para os dois.Ri com a cara de enciumado dele.

Eu já estava descendo do palco e Trish atrás de mim,mas ai parei e falei:

–Agora você tem que cantar sozinha!

–Sem chance!Eu disse que ia apenas cantar,não disse que ia ser a solo.-E riu.

E assim que descemos as escadas,Alex estava subindo.

–Arrasa ai Alex!-Eu e Trish gritamos.

Ela sorriu e subiu no palco.Falou com o DJ a música que queria e pegou o microfone.

Assim que ela acabou a música todos aplaudiram,Dallas era o que gritava mais.Todo cheio de orgulho.Até que Alex cantava bem.

Assim que ela desceu do palco ela veio até nós e falou:

–Agora é a vez dos meninos!

–Não,sem chance!-Falou Dallas.

–Você já cantou uma vez para mim,lembra Dallas?-Falou Alex.-E cantou muito bem!E você Luke vivi cantarolando pelos cantos,eu sei que você tem uma voz boa.E Dez,sei que você também não é desafinado.

–Acho melhor não.-Disse Luke.

–Pela primeira vez eu concordo com o Luke.-Falou Dallas.

–Vamos garotos!Nós todas cantamos.Agora é a vez de vocês!-Incentivou Trish.

E ai eu e as meninas começamos o coro de “Canta!Canta!Canta!”

No final,os três subiram juntos e escolheram a música.Pela batida do começo eu vi que era “The Boys Are Back” de High School Musical.Eu ri com a escolha deles.

Nós gritamos e cantamos como nunca.A plateia também estava adorando.

Depois que os meninos acabaram fomos até o bar e pegamos mais algumas bebidas e depois dançamos ainda mais ao som de vários covers.

Teve alguns momentos que perdemos uns aos outros.Alguns casais deram uns sumiços,os meninos,até eu dei um sumiço quando fui conversar com Trish bêbada sobre o relacionamento dela com o Dez.Bem,foi uma noite longa,porém divertida.

Pov Dallas

Durante a nossa noite na Music Beach 2.0,eu e Dez nos afastamos da turma um pouco,mas foi para procurar Elliot.

Procuramos muito,mas não achamos.

Porém,enquanto passávamos por um corredor dos fundos da boate uma porta se abriu sozinha,eu e Dez viramos e um braço nos puxou para dentro.

–Mas que porra...?-Falei.

Alguém no quarto suspira,e não é o Dez,que está ofegante ao meu lado.

–Vocês são tão burros quanto Elliot me falou.

Ouço uma voz desconhecida mais ao fundo,mas está escuro demais para eu ver quem é.

Ouço o barulho de uma arma sendo carregada e agarro o braço de Dez por instinto.

–No bilhete disse que não estaria armado.-Falei ofegante por causa do medo.

–No bilhete dizia que Elliot não estaria armado,porém,eu não sou o Elliot.

–Então,quem é você?

O cara saiu das sombras e finalmente posso vê-lo.Ele é alto,tem o cabelo castanho claro,quase loiro,e os olhos são azuis cinzentos e frios.Tem sotaque do Texas,parece.

–Sou um mensageiro.Mas podem me chamar de Gavin.

–O que você quer?-Falou com a voz trêmula.Dez fica em silêncio completo todo o tempo,só ouço sua respiração.

–Você cometeu um grande erro vindo aqui,Dallas e...Dez.-Dez prende a respiração ao meu lado.-Elliot quer que vocês façam algo para ele.

–Você trabalha para o Elliot?

–Pode-se dizer que sim.

–É um amigo?
