Where there used to be a river now there is just a land

The spirit of earth is dying

Forests are being devastated, burning until the last breath

Rivers are disappearing

Animals already in extinction

Someday the air won’t be cool and fresh

Maybe it takes a million years maybe it don’t

In a future soon the ice caps will no longer exist

The heat will melt them all

And the moon that kids used to observe thinking that was a cheese

The inspiration of poets

The light of lovers

Will not shine as used to be

All the pollution we are causing is affecting our land

The knowledge we have now might affect our lives more then we imagine

The technology is taking control

Today is rare to see kids playing in the streets singing silly songs

Running after their friends

Instead of that we see boys and girls talking about the new computer or game they bought

And where are the utopists?

Where are those people who think earth can simple heal itself,

Where are those dreams we have so deep inside our mind?

Some kind of fantastic things, like fairies, unicorns, a wonderful world

That’s one of the desires we keep for yourselves “A wonderful world”

Even because a pessimistic person may laugh...

Sometimes we think kids are the save for humanity

But first of all we need to start teaching them to be friends of nature and earth

Then who knows we can preserve our land

And might reverse the situation that our world finds itself

The government can be lost, but not or voice!

Voices of the world together will change our nation!

And maybe we all can be those utopists screaming for a new and amazing universe!
